Too often, one hears about dismal aftersales support at motorcycle and car dealerships. I can say, without equivocation, that both the pre- and after-sales service at Savage Cycles have been second to none. I had an intermittent, but major problem with my Triumph Thruxton 1200R. Savage Cycles went way above and beyond all reasonable expectations to address and fully rectify the problem. They could not have been more concerned and helpful. Over the past 35 or so years, I have bought quite a few vehicles, some new and some pre-owned. Makes have included: Toyota, Volvo, Mercedes, Porsche, Honda, VW and Jaguar. None of the dealerships provided a buying experience and service that matched that of Savage Cycles. I think it makes a huge difference that the owner (Alex) is at the business and is not an absentee owner. Everyone whom I have encountered at the dealership has been responsive and enthusiastic and this surely reflects on Alexs leadership. A special thank you to Ken, who made my buying experience so positive. There is no doubt, I will buy bikes from the dealership again. Overall, I couldnt recommend Savage Cycles more highly.

This place is a Triumph of the human spirit. It's also a Suzuki of the human spirit. And a Ducati of the human spirit. I dig this place, is what I'm saying.

I have been looking for a Triumph Tiger 800 for almost a year... didn't really have the money, but still couldn't stop looking. Savage got in a very slightly used 800 and I had to have it. Alex helped the deal get done - no pressure and very helpful. Mike, and Laura in parts are also excellent to deal with... haven't met the others yet. Recommend them highly.

I hired a Suzuki GSXS1000f from Savage Cycles, whilst visiting Vancouver Island on holiday. The rates were very reasonable and all of the staff were kind and helpful - in particular Alex, who pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a great experience, even kitting out my female pillion with his daughters protective trousers!!! I would have no reservations in recommending Savage Cycles and will be a repeat customer when returning to the island in the future.
